The item I would like to buy is out of stock. Do I pre-order it by clicking on the 'Notify Me' button?
If an item is out of stock, you can get notification when it arrives, by using the Notify Me option. It doesn't mean you preordered the item, in fact, it might be sold to someone else. If you would like to preorder any stock please contact us by email. We are also happy to order in any of the Hoppediz range for you.
What are your shipping terms?
We don't charge any extra for shipping. Carriers are sent express, toys in regular parcels.
We aim to ship orders within 1 business day of payment received.
What about payment options?
Prices listed on slinghub.com.au are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
We accept all major credit cards via PayPal. Alternatively you may pay by bank transfer or Cash (if you choose to pick up your order at one of our events).
Orders do not ship until the payment is received.
Do you offer Payment Plans?
Yes. Slinghub offers a fee free payent plan option. For details please have a look at the Payment Plan Terms and Conditions.
What about refund?
If you are not happy with the carrier you purchased from us, please let us know, we hope we can troubleshoot comfort or other issues related to your new carrier. If you are still not happy with your carrier, you may return it in as new condition (unwashed, unworn with original packaging) within 14 days (of the original purchase) for a refund or exchange. You may return toys for a refund in as new condition within 14 days. We do not refund the shipping cost. Please contact us in advance to discuss the process.
What if my carrier is faulty?
At Slinghub we aim to check every carrier before dispatch. However, if you do find your carrier faulty in any way, we will exchange or refund your product within 3 months of the original purchase. We will refund you the cost of return shipping. Please remember to keep your proof of purchase. Please contact us in advance to discuss the process.
