I'm coming to a wrapping workshop but I don't have a wrap yet. Do I need to buy one?
No. When you come to our workshops you are welcome to use our range of wraps and carriers. This is a great opportunity to try different brands and lengths of wraps (not just the brands we sell). Seeing and trying different wraps will help you make a decision what brand to get. If you do have your own wrap you are welcome to bring that along and practice with it.
I'm expecting a baby. Do I need to wait until the baby is born to attend a workshop?
No. We have babywearing demonstration dolls that you can use to practice. They are newborn size and weight. Obviously not as cute as a real newborn.
My baby can't go for 2 hours without a sleep or feed. Does it mean I can't come to a workshop?
No. Our workshops are relaxed, and we encourage you to attend to your baby's needs while with us. However, we can't stop the whole group, so even if you are sitting and nursing, please continue to watch and listen in on what's happening.
I'd like to learn how to use a wrap, but my child is already a toddler. Can I still come to a workshop?
Yes. If your child is older and you are new to using a wrap, we recommend you attend a Back Carry 1. workshop. We can show you techniques appropriate for your child's age. We found that attending a workshop, and seeing techniques used for different age babies comes handy when you have your next child...
I'd like to come to the workshop with my baby, but I have a toddler too. Can I take him?
Unfortunately at this point in time we are unable to accommodate older siblings at our workshops. We apologise for the inconvenience.
I would like learn to wrap but I can't attend any of the workshops that you have on offer. Are there any other options?
Yes. We do offer individual consultations, or - if you organise a group - we can hold a workshop at a time and location convenient for you. Please contact us for details.
I have registered for a workshop, but I need to cancel. Do I get my money back?
You can cancel your registration up to 72 hours prior to the workshop, and we will refund the total registration fee. This refund is not automatic, please allow us up to 24 hours to process.
